Kindly refer the CMD proceedings dated 19.05.14, in which
the proposal for conducting Induction Training Programme commencing from 9th
JUNE 2014 to the newly recruited AEs / Trainees
(Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) has been approved.
Induction training programmes are proposed on second
Saturdays also (14th June 14 & 12th July 14) which is a holiday for our organization. Hence
all the Chief Engineers and Superintending Engineers concerned may grant Compensation
leave to the deputed Assistant Engineers / Trainees who have attended the
Induction training programme as covered
in 4 batches shown in Annexure I.a
to I.d of above B.P and to the faculties who extend
their presence to impart training. Suitable instructions shall be issued to the
controlling officer concerned on the
above lines.
