In continuation to the orders issued in the reference 2nd and 3rd cited, the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Engineers Sangam, has made a specific request for the enhancement of deduction of annual donation amount from Rs.200/- to Rs.500/- from the salary of the willing members who give written authorisation. They have also requested extension of time to deduct the donation for the year 2013 from the salary of December 2013 payable in January 2014.
2) The request of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Engineers Sangam has been accepted. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that the enhanced amount of Rs.500/- towards Annual Donation from the willing members of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Engineers Sangam may be deducted from the salary for the month of December 2013 payable in January 2014 instead of November 2013 salary payable in December 2013, who made written authorization on or before 15thDecember 2013. Subsequent donations shall be deducted as per the Board’s Proceeding under reference first cited.
3) The deduction of annual donations in respect of the above Union shall be made in the following Account Head:- 44.454.
