           It is ascertained that certain officers/employees who were promoted/ internally selected/transferred have not joined on their allotted circles/places for a long time.  They have neither joined in the allotted place nor requested to cancel their transfer/promotion orders.  Hence the posts are kept vacant for a long period and it causes administrative inconvenience and their places could not be kept reserved for a long time.

          2)  Therefore I am to request you to send the details of non-joined in respect of officers/employees in all categories belongs to  Class II and Class III services (Provincial Cadre) who were allotted to your circle on promotion/Internal selection/transfers in the Proforma given below on or before 07.09.2013 positively.
