particulars and PAR called for - Regarding.

I am to inform that the names of the Stores Officers mentioned in the Annexure are likely to be taken up for consideration for promotion to the post of Chief Stores Officer. It is requested to furnish the last 10 years service particulars in respect of these officials as required in the format annexed six copies to this office on or before 20.05.2012.
2) In case any D.P. is initiated even after furnishing the particulars to this office in the course of time such, particulars may also be furnished immediately so as to incorporate the same in the proposed panel.
3) The PAR for the last five years period of those Stores Officer may also be sent along with their suitability report in the format annexed herewith.
4) It is requested that urgent action may be taken in the matter and ensure that the reports is sent in complete shape the due date indicated without fail.
