In the reference cited, I am to request you to furnish the particulars inrespect of the Accounts Officers whose names as shown to the list enclosed working in your circle directly to the Secretary/TNEB in the prescribed format enclosed for preparation of panel of Accounts Officer for promotion to the post of Deputy Financial Controller.
2) I am also request you to furnish personal details of Accounts Officers (i.e) punishment awarded during the last 10 years together with the copies of orders of such punishment awarded/charges framed etc. (one format may be used for one officer only). Service particulars for the last 10 years and the date of joined as Accounts Officer alongwith the suitability report to Board Office Secretariat Branch, under intimation to this office.
3) If the Performance Assessment Report relating to the last 5 years if any not sent earlier shall also be sent directly to the Secretary/TANGEDCO alongwith the particulars.
4) I request you to acknowledge the receipt of this letter immediately.
